Cancellations
Our team at Curated Brands appreciates your order and will do our very best to approve and expedite all cancellation requests.


General Cancellation Guidelines
Most orders are non-cancellable once shipped. Orders that have already been shipped are seldom able to be cancelled. By default, accepted cancellations that have not yet shipped will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment.


Cancellations for Pre-Orders
Pre-order items come with additional considerations compared to a normal order, as pre-order items often involve special order requests paid for and submitted to the manufacturer.

Pre-order Cancellation within 7 Days before Release Date: Requests to cancel your pre-order up to 7 days before the release date will be assigned a 10% cancellation fee of the item price (at the time of the order).


Pre-order Cancellations after the 7-Day Deadline: Requests to cancel your pre-order after the 7-day deadline will be assigned a 25% cancellation fee of the item price (at the time of the order). This will result in an 85% refund of the pre-order value.

Pre-order Cancellations due to Delay of Release Date: Sometimes, and regrettably, delays occur from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, we already have obligations with the manufacturer and have covered costs associated with the sourcing. As such, any cancellation requests for these delays will be handled as per the 7-Day policies above. We apologize for this situation and appreciate your understanding.


Cancellations for Orders in "Processing" Status
We may accept cancellations for "Processing" orders that have not yet shipped. An associated 5% flat fee is deducted from the refunded amount, which covers non-refundable transaction fees to our payment gateways. Not all cancellations can be accepted as often an order has already been processed by the time the cancellation request is being reviewed.


Cancellations for Orders in "In Transit" Status
Once an order has been handed to our carrier partners, most cancellation requests cannot be fulfilled.

International orders that are in the process of shipment to customs or processing through customs checkpoints may have an option to cancel, with an associated stop-shipment and return fee of no less than 20% of the order plus all shipping costs.

If customers still wish to cancel, a return request can be created as described in our Return Policy.

Cancellations from Curated Brands
Sometimes unforeseen circumstances may occur that impact order fulfillment. If a cancellation is required by us, we will notify you immediately and provide an immediate refund.


Cancellations due to Force Majeure Circumstances

While most cancellations within policy are accepted, there are rare instances where we may be forced to cancel your order due to force majeure circumstances; these include:

  • Strict customs regulations in your country
  • Shipment restrictions
  • Address issues
  • Order flagged as a risky payment status

Additional Considerations
Curated Brands reserves the right to accept or decline any and all cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we likely will not be able to cancel orders that have already shipped; these orders can be returned as described in our Return Policy.
