Shipment Preparation & Packaging
Orders are shipped from the United States, primarily from our warehouse in Kittery, Maine. Orders are usually processed within 1 business days of receiving payment. We take great care in preparing and packaging your purchase, using robust and environmentally-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.

Shipping Method
We offer various shipping methods, including standard and express options. The estimated delivery time for each method will be displayed at checkout. For international shipments, our primary carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and Australia Post. When choosing an expedited shipment option at checkout, you can expect an air or express delivery service from UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

  • Domestic
    • Standard: 3 - 6 business days
    • Expedited: 2 - 4 business days
    • Express: 1 - 3 business days
  • International
    • Standard: 10 - 25 business days
    • Expedited: 5 - 15 business days
    • Express: 2 - 7 business days

International Shipments
We ship worldwide, but there are some cases where we are forced to cancel or cannot ship your order due to distribution restrictions and force majeure circumstances. For example, many countries have strict policies on importing certain products in the Games, Toys, and Collectible categories, such as Mexico, Brazil, and Croatia. Additionally, some countries charge high import taxes, which can be multiples of the order value. Please reach out to us using the "Contact Us" link for the most accurate and reliable information about shipping to your country or to update the latest customs regulations in your country.

Shipping Costs
For domestic orders over $50, ground shipping is free for most products. Products that don't qualify for this free shipping will display shipping costs at checkout. For domestic orders under $50, the shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Expedited and express shipment options may be available at additional charges based on weight, dimensions, and your location. At checkout, you can calculate the shipping cost.

For international, expedited, and express shipments, the displayed shipping fees for some products are provided by the manufacturers based on estimated weights and dimensions. In rare cases, if these estimates are incorrect, you will be contacted via your order email regarding the difference in shipping fees.

Track Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Import Fees & Taxes
For international shipments, any import fees, duties, and taxes requested by your country will be the buyer's responsibility. These additional fees are not included in the final price. As the rules and value thresholds differ by country, please refer to your country's government website for more information. Any order returned or not accepted because of unpaid import duties will be subject to a two-way shipping fee and restocking fee if a refund is requested. Please also see our Return Policy.

Mark Order as A Gift
You can ship your order as a gift to someone else. By entering a note in the "Order Comments" field below the product in your cart before navigating to the checkout button, please specify that this purchase is a gift and a receipt will not be included in the package.

Order Changes
If you would like to change information about your order(s), please contact our customer support using the "Contact Us" link. Please note that we will not be able to make any modifications to an order that has already been shipped. Also, we cannot typically change a shipping address from the original order (small changes or misspellings are sometimes possible). If an address change is required, a cancellation and new order will be necessary.

Late Delivery and Lost Orders

Late Delivery
While we always strive to ensure timely delivery of your order, we do not guarantee on-time delivery. Delays can occur for various reasons, often beyond our control. If there is a delay, it could potentially lead to a lost order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, customs clearance, or disruptions with the shipping carrier. Please contact our customer support if you have any concerns or questions about delivery issues, and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost Orders
If your tracking information is not updating, please allow that the actual delivery time may be 3-5 days longer than the expected delivery time. Please note that if a parcel was mailed more than 3 months ago, the may choose to not look for it, so it is important to create a case within 90 days of the expected delivery date for the order.

If the estimated shipping time has passed, you have not yet received the order, and the order status hasn't updated, please review your order and the tracking page:

  • Check with the carrier tracking page.
  • Check that you put in the correct address.
  • Verify with your local post office or shipping carrier (such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS) to determine if they can locate the package or where it was delivered. Sometimes, the post office or customs may send you a notification card indicating the arrival of your parcel. If you did not receive this notification card, your parcel might be waiting for you at the post office or at a carrier drop point.
  • For international shipments, verify with your customs agency to determine if customs fees or taxes are due.
  • With any other concerns, please contact us using the "Contact Us" link and we will make every effort to contact the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Please note that we can only address these issues within 90 days from the date your order is delivered. We always take care to package our products securely to minimize the risk of damage or loss during transit.

Shipments Marked as Delivered
If the order is in "Successfully Delivered" status, it means that it has arrived at your shipment address. Many orders will contain a requirement for a customer's signature. Please contact your local shipping company directly to resolve the issue. Please contact us for further support if needed after a case has been opened with this carrier.

Damage in Transit
If your order is damaged during shipping, we will accept returns and/or refunds, but it must be within 90 days after the day of shipping to your home. To assist us in processing your claim quickly, we kindly ask that you send us a video of the unboxing process with pictures and contact us using the "Contact Us" link. Please note that product damage does not include damage to the product package or box; please refer to our return policies page for more insights.
